About Me

My passion for food started at an early age, then becoming my life career.  After Eastbourne College of Domestic Science and Advanced Cordon Bleu, I worked for a variety of hotels and restaurants which were an invaluable experience and learning curve for the future ahead. I also spent time working on a boat cruising the Greek islands with a crew of 12 of which I was the head chef.

I then went on to work for one of the leading law firms in the City, running their corporate dining rooms and event space. After this I joined British Sky Broadcasting (now Sky Plc) running the catering for the Executive team. I also organised and delivered high-profile events on a large scale, including the launch of the new Sky Sports Building in 2010. During my time with the company I masterminded the complete refurbishment of the staff restaurant and reorganisation, bringing the catering back in-house focusing on healthy, delicious food 24 hours a day.

Having left Sky in 2014, I now run my own business providing lunches, dinners, drinks parties and launch events for private and corporate clients.  I source my ingredients from some of London's finest suppliers , including Jago's of Chelsea, Barnes Fish Shop, and Entremettier, amongst others.
